Food Matters for Inner Peace

Cora Ragaini

Join Cora Ragaini, RDN, RYT, for an evening of reflection into your body, mind and spirit on May 11 from 7-8:30pm at Wainwright House in Rye, New York. She will discuss how the food you eat impacts your energy levels, mood and, ultimately, your inner peace. Learn how your environment influences your decisions around food and learn ways to empower yourself to make healthy choices. Ragaini will also lead you through a peace-enhancing meditation and mindful-eating exercise. She will be accompanied by Maxon Keating, a community farmer, who will discuss where your food comes from and how to use gardening and plant life for a more peaceful existence. Register by May 8; space is limited. The pre-registration fees are $20 for members, $30 for non-members, or $35 at the door.

Cora Ragaini, RDN, holds a bachelors in nutritional sciences and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification; she is a Reiki Level II practitioner and a kids’ yoga teacher through Full of Joy Yoga in New Haven. She also continues to serve lower Fairfield County as a registered dietitian.
