Natural Awakenings Fairfield & Southern Litchfield Counties

Talks by Unique Financial Health Team

On April 2, at the Greenwich YWCA, investment advisor Catherine Avery and holistic psychotherapist Caroline Temple, LCSW, will team up in a unique partnership, offering women the opportunity to learn about the inner (emotional) and outer (money management) aspects of financial health. As a result of the current national financial crisis, both Temple and Avery have seen a profound need among clients for insight, support and tools to cope with the stresses involved. “People are fearful, and it affects their lives, their lifestyles and even their functionality on a daily basis,” says Temple.

She and Catherine Avery (owner of CAIM, LLC) determined that their unique combination of services and skills answered a vital need, among women in particular, as they struggle to adapt to changing and often seemingly hopeless economic realities. Through their talk series, as well as on-going monthly telegatherings, they offer people a forum to discuss and learn about the connection between outer wealth and inner wellbeing, in order to move away from fear toward empowerment. “These seminars offer people coping tools and information, which reduce anxiety and bring peace of mind,” says Avery, who spent more than 25 years working on Wall Street.

Talks are scheduled for April 2 at the Greenwich YWCA from 7:30 to 9p.m., April 22 at the New Canaan Library from 7 to 8 p.m. and May 20 at the Wilton Library from 7 to 8 p.m. For more information, please contact Caroline Temple at 203.866.9333 or at www.mywisewoman.com or Catherine Avery at 203.966.2712 or at www.catherineaveryinvest.com.
