The Art of Living...and Breathing

The Art of Living, Stamford Chapter, announces its Basic Course—18 hours over six days—beginning on August 21. The course objective is to help participants enhance creativity, reduce stress and increase focus and concentration with the use of breathing techniques, gentle yoga and group processes in a supportive class moderated by volunteer teachers. The basic course is a long-term commitment, offering participants access to weekly follow up meetings for breathing practices and planning service projects. Since this is a volunteer organization with chapters all over the world, participants are free to undertake community service, with everyone receiving support, wherever they live.
