Lara Azzarito Ward, Director of Lotus Gardens Yoga School will bring Blossum Your Practice yoga class to to Graceful Planet Sandy Hook, CT on Tuesday, August 30. A fee of $15 with all proceeds to benefit the Grace Rocks Foundation, a not-for-profit organization supporting families with children afflicted with brain tumors.

  Also, a free “meet & greet” immediately following to discuss Lotus Gardens’ 200 hour yoga teacher training programs that will be held at this fall. Lotus Gardens Yoga School offers one of the nation’s first comparative theory 200 hour yoga teacher training programs exposing participants to several of the major styles of yoga in the U.S. today. Participants will also learn therapeutic techniques for working with common injuries, diseases and specialties.
