You will learn how to create an authentic personal practice by applying the 5 principles of practice that make yoga entirely your own. You will also learn the 7 sequences (or order of poses) to incorporate into your practice creating complete balance. No matter what style of yoga you practice, you will be able to weave these tools into a personal and powerful practice that is YOUR yoga.
