Virtual Buddhist Meditations and Teachings livestreaming from Odiyana Center, with Resident Teacher Gen Khyenwang. Develop peace of mind for yourself and others. Through meditation, improve your mental and physical well-being by developing a peaceful state of mind, both in and out of meditation. Classes included guided meditations and practical advice to carry into daily life. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Weekly Class Schedule: Tuesdays 5:30pm; Wednesdays 9am and 7:00pm; and Sundays 10:30am. Classes remain online for 48 hours for those that pre-register and can not attend live. Cost: $5-$10.
