In the the Reiki Flow virtual circle, you’ll learn to use your breath and guided meditation to help you connect to the flow of Reiki, or Universal Life Force Energy. This limitless flow of energy through your body opens up energetic pathways, which can help clear blockages and create a deeper sense of balance and peace.

Myra Oney, RMT, SRMT Myra is an Usui (traditional) and Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher. She has been seeing private clients and teaching in the Usui Reiki tradition since 2006. She also facilitates monthly Reiki Flow Circles in person and on-line. She has given workshops to medical students at Westchester Medical College, the clerical staff at Westchester Medical Center, and students at Westchester Community College, as well as spoken at several local libraries. Her deep connection with nature and indigenous traditions led her to three years of study with Shamanic Reiki Worldwide and Ancient Wisdom Today. Myra is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.
