Nina Antolino, a Norwalk-based certified empowerment life coach, Reiki master and registered yoga teacher, is offering several workshops that use an integrative approach to help attendees achieve their highest vision for their personal and professional life. Combining the healing art of Reiki with empowerment life coaching and other mind-body tools, Antolino’s WELL (Wellness, Empowerment, Leadership, Learning) programs offer a comprehensive approach to promote balance and well-being in each area of your life. 

On Monday, May 19 (and the third Monday of every month) Antolino will lead a Mind/Body Fertility Support Group from 7 to 9pm in Norwalk/Westport. The group is intended to support women who are contemplating conception, struggling to achieve a healthy pregnancy, or trying to decide what next steps to take on their fertility journey. Each session will provide women with an opportunity to share experiences and hear from leading fertility professionals who will discuss integrative approaches to support preconception health.  

Other programs offered by Antolino’s Limitless Potential include beach yoga and meditation, which occur on Saturday mornings, as well as Reiki certifications and teleseminars which take place on a monthly basis.
