Transform Your Coaching Skills

The Graduate Institute welcomes back Guthrie Sayen, PhD, a former professor of history who left the world of academia to launch a life coaching and workshop business. He will be the coach trainer for the institute’s Transformative Coach Training program.

Those thinking about becoming a life coach or enhancing their current coaching skills can earn an associate certified coach credential in a four-month, on-site program. The Bethany-based trainings will take place one weekend per month on March 23-25, April 21-22, May 19-20 and June 16-17. Transformative Coaching includes three one-on-one mentor coaching sessions with Sayen. You will become qualified for the ACC Professional Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.

The modules include pathways to transformation; inner passion, vision and overcoming challenges; the exploration of perspectives; being in the present moment; sub-personalities and internal family systems; how to utilize somatic wisdom and read energy; and group and individual mentoring.

Sayen is the co-founder and lead trainer of Transformative Coach Training, senior faculty for Coaching for Transformation and former faculty at True Purpose Institute. She has done trainings in internal family systems for Voice Dialogue, psychosynthesis, Four Archetypes coaching and more.
