Teresa Murphy Costello, owner of Healing Touch Reiki, LLC in Ridgefield, is a Holistic Reiki Therapist, teacher and intuitive energy healer who passionately believes in the power of the body to heal with support from a naturistic path. Healing Touch Reiki offers a safe space, where healing can begin.

The team at Healing Touch Reiki is available for a variety of holistic needs, with a Reiki Room and Meditation Room, plus calming massage by Katherine Ford. The Meditation Room is the home of sound bowl healing, women’s circles, sound bathing, Reiki certifications (levels 1, 2 and 3), guided meditation, Tarot card readings, psychic readings and mediumistic work.

Costello hosts a Sound Bowl/Meditation class each Friday from 7 to 8pm. On
Wednesdays from 7 to 8pm, she hosts a Parent and Child Meditation Class, which is a fun take on learning the basics of the Chakras, plus the spirit animal connected to each Chakra, along with quiet time for meditation.

“I was first introduced to Reiki back in 2013 after going through a difficult recovery from surgery that left me with severe anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia. Reiki helped me to relax mentally, physically and emotionally and brought about a calmer and more peaceful state of being,” says Costello, who also holds certifications in Advanced Animal Reiki and Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy.

A bright and spacious shopping area at Healing Touch Reiki includes one-of-a-kind gifts for loved ones, as well as personal needs. Costello sees patients in the office, virtually and through in-home visits when needed. All modalities are by appointment only.
