Hands-on Art Summer Youth Program
The Brookfield Craft Center is offering an exciting opportunity for our communities’ youth to explore their creative energies in the Hands-on Art Summer Youth Program.
Weekly half-day and full-day programs will be offered during four weeks (July 9-13, July 23-27, August 6-10 and August 20-24) on the Brookfield Craft Center campus. Each of the week-long classes will be a guided learning experience in a supportive environment. Classes will include Blacksmithing, Glass Beadmaking, Clay, Fiber Arts, Fused Glass, Jewelry and others. Small classes with highly skilled and professional artist/craft teachers and assistants will offer lots of individual help; they will allow each child a hands-on exploration of their personal creativity and the process of artmaking.
Some scholarships are available for the Summer Youth Program. If you know a child interested in a class that is deserving of a scholarship, complete a submission form on the website.Edit ModuleShow Tags
