The 14th Annual Health, Wellness & Lifestyle Expo, presented by Stamford Health, returns on Saturday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Harbor Point in Stamford. This year’s event puts a powerful spotlight on men’s health—encouraging men of all ages to take meaningful steps toward greater physical, mental and emotional well-being.

“Too often, men put their health on the back burner,” says Natural Awakenings Publisher Erica Mills, whose magazine is serving as a premier media sponsor for the event. “This expo offers a chance to change that in a fun, energizing and supportive environment. Whether you want to reduce stress, prevent illness, or simply reconnect with your body, the HWL Expo provides tools and motivation to move forward.”

The 2025 theme, “Go. Gather. Grow.”, invites attendees to go explore new resources, gather with like-minded wellness seekers, and grow in body, mind and spirit.

The event features over 130 exhibitors, 10 themed wellness zones, and free health screenings provided by Stamford Health and other partners. Visitors can check blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose levels, and more, as well as learn CPR and speak directly with medical professionals about topics including men’s health, nutrition, stress, and preventive care.

A full day of free fitness and wellness classes—ranging from yoga and stretching to strength training, breath work and mobility work—encourages men to reconnect with their bodies. Classes are open to all experience levels, with no equipment or prior practice required.
Additional features include nutritious food trucks, a pet wellness zone, family activities, financial wellness resources, and more.
