Healthful Harmony, the boutique naturopathic and acupuncture practice founded by Dr. Amy Wiesner, is proud to announce the launch of the first and only group acupuncture services in Stamford. Designed to be both accessible and affordable, these community-style sessions offer high-quality acupuncture in a serene, shared setting—ideal for managing stress, pain, anxiety, fatigue or simply supporting overall wellness.

Unlike traditional private acupuncture appointments, group acupuncture takes place in a calming room with multiple comfortable recliners. Patients are treated quietly alongside others, with each session tailored to their individual needs. Treatments use acupuncture points that don’t require disrobing, making the experience simple, dignified and effective.

“As a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist for over 20 years, I’ve seen firsthand how profoundly acupuncture can support the body and mind,” says Wiesner. “Group acupuncture lets me extend this care to more people, offering healing in a relaxed and welcoming space, with all the benefits of high-quality acupuncture at a lower cost.” 

Dr. Wiesner specializes in treating emotional imbalances, fertility, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, pain, allergies and more. Her new group acupuncture sessions are another step toward her mission of bringing compassionate, holistic care to a broader community.

Sessions begin Saturday, August 23, at Artemesia Integrative Wellness Center, located at 1435 Bedford Street in Stamford. Initial intakes (45 minutes, including history and treatment) are $115, with follow-up visits (30 minutes) at $75.
