The 15th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2026 with special thanks to Stamford Health, Exclusive Healthcare Partner, will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, September 12, at Harbor Point, along Stamford’s waterfront destination. Organizers anticipate the largest event to date as the expo marks its 15-year milestone.

Recognized as Connecticut’s largest and premier health and wellness expo, the free, one-day, family and pet-friendly event will feature more than 130 sponsors and exhibitors showcasing and selling products, services and resources across the wellness spectrum. The event’s theme, “Go. Gather. Grow.,” invites attendees to connect with community while exploring ways to support mind, body and spirit.

Attendees can explore 10 specialty zones, including pet wellness; yoga and stretching; group fitness; healthy food trucks; healthy foods, beverages and restaurants; eco-friendly wine, spirits and craft beer; healthy home; nonprofit organizations; and two dedicated children’s areas, including a “touch-a-truck” zone and a kids zone along the Harbor Point boardwalk.

A highlight of the expo is the lineup of free group classes—ranging from yoga and dance to martial arts and high-energy fitness—led by top local instructors and open to all levels. Free health screenings will be provided by Stamford Health and other sponsors and exhibitors. Attendees can also receive flu shots and nutrition counseling from ShopRite/Cingari Family Markets, along with cooking demonstrations and wellness education.

To celebrate its 15th anniversary, organizers will introduce the “15 Challenge” for adults sponsored by The Vascular Care Group and children, featuring 15 interactive activities throughout the event. The first 500 adults and 250 children to complete the challenge will receive complimentary T-shirts.
