Awakened Pathways is now welcoming clients into a deeply integrative approach to personal transformation that works not by pushing harder, but by creating the conditions for what is already alive in a person to move. Sessions are available now in person in Hamden and virtually with clients worldwide.

The practice was founded by Lauri Ingram, a transformational life coach based in Hamden, who works with self-aware, growth-oriented individuals who sense something deeper is ready to shift and who are done waiting for it to happen through effort alone. Many clients are in midlife or navigating significant life transitions, often having built successful lives externally while sensing a deeper internal misalignment.

Awakened Pathways weaves together spiritual direction, subconscious programming, including EFT tapping and hypnotherapy, and conscious coaching into a single integrated process. Ingram works with both the conscious mind and deeper patterns that logic alone cannot reach.

Offerings include The Opening, a single-session experience; The Clearing, a focused three-session process; The Emergence, a six-session deep-dive; and The Anchor, ongoing monthly support. Couples coaching and custom life ceremonies are also available.

Ingram said the approach is designed for individuals who are not necessarily in crisis but are ready for meaningful internal change that aligns with both practical goals and deeper personal truth. Clients can begin with a single session or engage in longer-term work depending on their needs.
