North Star Sacred Healing is offering monthly intuitive energy healing sessions at The Angel Cooperative located at 51 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield. The first session will be held August 18, with appointments available from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are also welcome, based on availability.

Sessions are led by Karen Cassel, founder of North Star Sacred Healing, Reiki Master and intuitive energy healer. Each session is guided by intuition and incorporates Reiki and earth-honoring practices to support relaxation, energetic balance and overall well-being. Cassel’s practice is rooted in the belief that healing begins when the body feels safe, supported and connected to its own inner wisdom.

Inspired by the North Star as a symbol of guidance and direction, sessions are designed to help clients reduce stress, restore balance and reconnect with themselves. Individuals experiencing life transitions, emotional overwhelm or energetic depletion may find the sessions supportive.

In addition to monthly sessions at The Angel Cooperative, Cassel offers on-site equine energy healing through barn visits, as well as intuitive space clearings for homes and businesses.
