Restore You Coaching & Reiki is about finding and navigating a pathway to any transformation you choose to make. Coaching will guide you there through conversation, and Reiki unblocks stuck energy within the body using universal energy so you are free to manifest. When you are ready to stop listening to your mind and start listening to your gut, possibilities will open up as you learn to trust. Simplicity is not something we learn but is how you become who you want to be and, in turn, open many doors, and both of these healing arts will get you there.
