This workshop is for those who feel called to launch into the New Year by standing strong from within. Often it is the case for the Great Healers of the World, that we are in the position of giving to others (which is all good), however, by the end of the day, week, month and year, we ask ourselves, “Where am I in it all?” In this circle, Sarah will guide us in meditation and healing exercises. We will fully embrace ourselves, and dive deeply to the sacred place within. The place of the unmovable, unshakable, and unchangeable, “Big I and We.” When We emerge from this inner journey we will sit together in sacred circle, supporting each other in our new direction for this year. This is not another New Years Resolution; this workshop is an inner reorientation to ourselves and each other. Beginners, intermediate and advance are all welcome.
