Building Safe and Stable Wrists in Your Practice
Wrist pain causes many people to alter or stop their yoga practice. In this lesson, you'll study the wrist and what may be causing discomfort. Yoga is about awareness. Through awareness, we can minimize discomfort. We'll take time to become aware of the wrist and of all its workings and sensations as well as learn how to modify common yoga poses involving the hands and wrists.
