Yoga for Foot, Ankle and Low Body Care
Our feet are the foundation of all standing poses and support us as we move through our daily lives. Beth will teach you basic foot and ankle anatomy so you can better understand the mechanics of your lower half, as well as feel-good foot stretches and self-massage techniques. Learn modifications for your practice if your feet are feeling beat. Please bring a pair of shoes that are not new and you wear often.
