Yoga for Back Pain
Lower back pain plagues many of us. Learn to use your yoga practice to help alleviate pain by building stronger lower back muscles and developing healthy posture. This lesson specifically focuses on strengthening the low back. We are also holding a lesson that focuses on modifying the yoga practice when the low back is acting up. See our schedule to sign up for that one. Please note: If you are dealing with back pain severe enough to keep you from moving freely, you should see a doctor. Then you should get medical clearance from your doctor before attending this lesson. $30 for SuperPass members, $35 for non-members Semi-Private Lessons are limited to 6 students. With this low student:teacher ratio, you are able to receive more individual attention to work on your specific needs, and at a much lower cost than a private lesson.
