Exploring Mindfulness
This 4-week workshop focuses on our routines and exploring ways to adjust them to create more space and time throughout our days and to concentrate on what matters most to us.
It involves personal uncovering of our long-learned habits and we will learn:
- different breathing practices
- understanding our automated behaviors
- viewing our ideals vs. reality routines
- new tools/viewpoints on improving daily accomplishments
