This gathering is for you IF:
- You seek safe, simple, holistic methods for regulating emotions.
- You've been curious about how to support your emotional well-being with essential oils.
- You've suffered a loss (a death, divorce, major life transition) and seek effective support in dealing with its hardships.
- You want to learn about practices that help alleviate emotional pain.
- You want to spend this motivational date--March 4th (FORTH!) by being with loving souls in an inviting venue where you can learn, share, and experience oils.
You'll come away with valuable information AND... likely feel meaningful connection in the process!
We'll gather for education and connection to explore ways to support your emotional well-being during times of grief and loss. Grief can encompass many different kinds of losses: a job, a relationship, a marriage, an empty nest, your health, your youth, a death, and more.
We will focus on how you can empower yourself with two tools: The Grief Recovery Method (GRM), a unique program that helps people cope with emotional pain associated with a significant loss, AND essential oils, specifically, how they can be used to affect your mood, stimulate self repair, and balance chemical reactions.
