The spring equinox brings with it the most potent energy of the sun we will experience all year. This is a time to clean out stagnant energy from the winter, reset and plant the seeds you want to harvest for the fall. This workshop includes a kundalini kriya for detoxing, visualization and art. No prior art or Kundalini experience necessary – we will “play” with art materials. You will have an opportunity to:
1. Set your intention for the rest of the year.
2. Reset your energy.
3. Visualize how you want to direct your energy.
4. Work with the Mandala, an art healing modality.
