Yoga for Tight Hips Semi-Private Lesson
Tight hips can cause a host of issues throughout the body, including poor posture, knee injury, low back strain and reduced mobility (i.e. getting up from the floor). In this lesson, Jessie will work with each student to help you learn how to increase mobility in your hips, creating a more natural walking gait and freedom while sitting, standing and everything in between. She will also explore the connection between hips and emotional stress. Effective propping will be explained so that you have tools to take into your regular yoga practice. As we age, tight hips can cause balance issues. It is important to keep them mobile and healthy.
Semi-Private Lessons are limited to 6 students. With this low student:teacher ratio, you are able to receive more individual attention to work on your specific needs, and at a much lower cost than a private lesson.
