As we release tension and settle into our body weight, we’re encouraged to discover that the wisdom of yoga is within. Feeling firmly rooted allows us to actually become light as a feather with the grace of a dancer transitioning from pose to pose with elegance and agility. Jennifer will guide you through a slow, flowing sequence of poses, modeling the practice of being grounded and relaxed while opening the possibilities of creativity and fun.
