In this group, you will learn that you are enough, just as you are! Through teachings and practices, you will experience letting go of judgment, fear, shame and guilt. You will begin to replace limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs so you can live the life you really want!

Facilitated by Mataji Katie Augustyn and assisted by Janet Terban Morris. Covid vaccinaion or recent negative test required. Masks and/or social distancing in place when we meet indoors. We will meet outdoors weather permitting.
