Join us for a FREE virtual mindfulness practice to Awaken & Energize every Wednesday morning beginning February 2, 2022 through April 27, 2022, at 8:30-8:50am ET via Zoom.
During this 20-minute weekly session, we’ll de-stress, rejuvenate and recharge the brain. Clinical research has shown that this non-religious practice can be a powerful tool for preventing or stopping Alzheimer’s disease, increasing all aspects of cognitive function, (perception, thinking, reasoning and remembering) and reducing stress levels while improving short term memory. Even those who are not experiencing cognition issues will benefit from this healthful exercise.
