Classes are held virtually online lead by our top AID instructors utilizing state of the art visual aids and activities to keep it fun and engaging while presenting the latest evidenced based material on each topic. You can take one or two classes at a time throughout your pregnancy or be a mama warrior and sign up for the series! Your choice. Because comfort, convenience, and you matter.
