Join a small group of peers seeking healing and peace at the Long Island Sound.

This day will involve:

• Gentle Yoga for Everybody • Narrative Healing in Christian, Buddhist and Sufi Traditions • Sound Healing • Meditation Practice • Mindful Eating • Time on the beach and more.

We are asking for a minimum $95 donation per person which includes a light breakfast and lunch. All proceeds go to the Kathy Carroll Memorial Playground at CCA Transitional Housing, New Haven, CT.
