Experience a Lion's Gate M.A.S.S. - a Meditation Aromatherapy Sound Session on Sunday, August 7th with Beverly Aminata Spencer in Pleasantville beginning at 4 pm.  This program honors the annual cosmic alignment observed for thousands of years by the ancient Egyptians to mark the morning rising of the star Sirius (twice the size of our sun) as Orion's Belt aligns directly over the Pyramid of Giza.  This event always occurs on 8th day of the 8th month while the Sun is in the astrological sign of Leo.  Leo, symbolized by the Lion, invites us to expand our hearts and connect more with our divinity.  "This is a powerful time for receiving a surge of higher consciousness activations", says host/owner Anne Bentzen of Balancing 4 Life, " with the effects of the Lion's Gate peaking on 8/8."  The M.A.S.S. program by Beverly includes with specially selected Young Living Essential Oils for the occasion to help transport you to a meditative state.

M.A.S.S. masterfully combines sound and aromatherapy allowing each participant to enter into a relaxing and restorative meditation. Your nervous system will relax with aromatherapy allowing the vibrating  tones from the metal singing bowls to facilitate deep healing within.  Beverly is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and holds a BA in Music from Yale University.  As a certified Himalayan Singing Bowl practitioner, Beverly deftly creates harmonious sounds to encourage participants to open their hearts, awaken and embody their Divine Light more fully. 

Enjoy M.A.S.S. while seated on 24” square high density floor cushions and yoga blankets provided for each participant.
