Join us for a FREE virtual mindfulness practice to Awaken & Energize every Wednesday morning beginning August 3, 2022 through September 28, 2022, at 8:30-8:50am via Zoom Register once, attend any or all sessions.
During this 20-minute weekly session, we’ll de-stress, rejuvenate and recharge the brain. Awaken & Energize is inspired by the practice of Indian Kirtan Kriya (pronounced KEER-tun KREE-a) which has been practiced for thousands of years by people around the world.
