Biostress Relief sessions combine the complementary healing effects of Mindfulness, Sound Healing and Reiki into one sixty minute deep relaxation experience.

Your hour will begin with a grounding Mindfulness practice, transition to a Sound Healing session, and end with a Reiki treatment. The harmonious effects of these three channels of healing reduce anxiety, stress, pain and tension.

Clients experience a deep state of relaxation, an increase in energy and focus, and an overall feeling of peace and serene awareness.

Additional services include Sound Healing sessions, Reiki sessions, Mindfulness and Breathwork coaching and Stress Relief Workshops. Private and group sessions available. 

Biostress Relief is a traveling stress relief clinic. Sessions will take place in your home or your workplace, or at our studio in Oxford, CT.
