Join us for an evening that’s all about reclaiming YOU time. Calm your mind and body with candlelight yoga, a few other experiences: (i.e. Mini Massage, Meditation, Drum Circle, Craniosacral, Aroma Touch, Reiki), and Aromatherapy, Elixirs, and treats from a local restaurant.

This will take place once a month, on the second Friday of each month. Come Rest, Restore and Rejuvenate! Your family will thank you. Oh, and you will leave with a goodie bag too!
