On April 28th, 7 pm-8:30 at the Evolve Yoga Studio on Bank Street in New Milford, CT, Amy will be presenting "Conscious Energy Coaching for the Curious."  This is purely an informational workshop to spread coaching awareness and how beneficial it is to work with a coach.  The audience will learn about the different niches, the purpose, and why people attend coaching sessions.  Participants will learn about energy work and how being aware of our energy can positively impact our decisions and the way we choose to live our lives. Each participant will leave with a packet of information for their resource use at home.
