This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga and want to experience the joy of gentle movement and reflective relaxation. In this class, we will be focusing on easy and slow-paced movements, combined with simple breathing exercises to help you release stress and tension. The emphasis will be on proper alignment as we gently flow from one pose to another, allowing your body to gradually increase its flexibilitynsion.
