This class is designed for students who have some experience with yoga. We will build on your knowledge of foundational yoga poses, allowing you to deepen your practice and refine your alignment. The pace will be dynamic, offering a blend of movements and transitions that will keep you engaged and energized. Whether you're looking to explore, or more advanced variations or prefer to stick with familiar poses, this class will accommodate your needs. Meditation and breathing exercises also included.
