Join us at Balancing 4 Life, a restorative wellness center in rmonk where gifted healing practitioner, Scott Nelson, facilitates monthly drumming circles in the traditional Native American style. 

Bring your drum or shaker on June 22nd during the Summer Solstice weekend for a powerful healing drumming circle from 3-5pm. These drumming circles honor the directions and elements of nature. You are invited to share your sacred beat with others awhile feeling the good vibrations of the community drumming circle.  Three rounds of drumming segments are included to release energies we wish to let go of, a bridge to clear space and thirdly to welcoming new energies and setting intentions for a more fulfilling future.

Scott has been leading drumming circles for over a decade.  He is closely connected to the native ways and is a pipe carver and pipe carrier honoring the traditions of  While Buffalo Calf Woman. 

If you do not have a drum or shaker/rattle, extra drums and shaker instruments will be available.  Program is limited to 20. Register online. Families welcome with children ages 8 & up.
