Join Lynn Allen for a 3-part yoga series at Luna Power Yoga.
Designed especially for adults 55+, this beginners yoga series offers a safe, supportive, and welcoming space to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and relax the mind. No prior yoga experience is needed but must be able to get up and down.
Recommended to join all three sessions, but you are welcome to drop in to any!
Session 1: Learn basic yoga etiquette, introductory breathing techniques and yoga poses
Session 2: Practice breathing techniques and yoga poses
Session 3: Put it altogether by enjoying a gentle yoga flow Enjoy a guided meditation at the end of each session
Wear comfortable clothing that can be layered as you warm up and cool down. Practice barefoot or wear grippy socks. Bring a yoga mat from home or rent one in the studio for $2. Blocks and props will be provided.
