In this Visions of Healing workshop, we blend mindful art, energy, and meditation to help you relax, reconnect, and open the door to new possibilities for the year ahead. We’ll begin with a Reiki infused guided meditation inspired by the Tree of Life, helping you feel grounded, clear, and refreshed. From there, you’ll set your intentions and bring them to life through creating your own mandala, a beautiful and simple symbol of balance and wholeness. No pressure, just a chance to follow your intuition, enjoy the process, and leave feeling inspired, centered, and ready for what’s to come.
