Refill Your Cup: Reiki-Infused Sound Bath at Retail Therapy by Dmarxx Design

Join Lisa Baker of Create Grow Flow for an intimate, one-hour Reiki-infused sound bath experience inside Retail Therapy by Dmarxx Design, a creative pop-up space at 108 Washington St in downtown Norwalk celebrating wellness, craft, and community throughout the month of May.

What to expect: A short guided meditation to help you arrive and settle, followed by a full therapeutic sound bath using crystal and Himalayan sound bowls, chimes, drums, and more — all held within a field of Reiki energy.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports deep relaxation and the body's natural ability to restore balance.

We'll close with an oracle card pull to give you something to carry into the week ahead.

No experience necessary.

The format is simple: show up, lie down, and let the healing find you.

What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket — think of it as building your coziest nest for the hour.
