Flowers + Frequencies is a summer series combining the grounding power of live sound healing with the simple joy of building your own fresh flower bouquet — all set on the grounds of Redding Flower Farm in Redding, CT.

Each 90-minute experience begins with a guided sound bath using crystal singing bowls & more, inviting your nervous system to settle and your mind to soften.

Surrounded by open sky, birdsong, and the natural beauty of the farm, you'll have space to fully exhale.

Afterward, visit the bloom bar and handpick your own bouquet from fresh-cut farm flowers to take home with you. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

What to bring: A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, comfortable layers, and anything that helps you feel at ease outdoors
