Somatic Fitness & Healthy Relating

A compassionate approach to fitness; gently and playfully regulate the nervous system, improve posture, boost self-confidence, and immunity; calming anxiety, lifting depression, inviting a sense of tranquility and connectedness among the group.

The Intuitive Movement Integration Method (IMIM) takes you through a complete somatic exploration with two parts; 1) Movement & Mobility, then 2) Stretching & Stillness. Drop your self-judgement and enjoy a sense of unconditional belonging among a community grounded in lightheartedness and compassionate somatic exploration. What to expect: In the spirit of personal sovereignty, every movement is offered as an invitation; listen to what resonates for you, and practice your sense of agency via omitting or modifying movements to your comfort level. After brief introductions we will flow through a framework of: Movement & Mobility (approx. 45mins): Memorable breathwork concepts, posture and body-mechanics awareness exercises. A full-body range of motion warm up.
