✨ Have you ever felt called to explore the healing energy of Reiki? Universal Healing Arts invites you to join Reiki Master Healer & Teacher Shima Chayvet for a comprehensive Reiki Level I & II Certification Training—an opportunity to begin your Reiki journey, deepen your connection to this healing practice, and learn how to share Reiki with yourself and others. 🌿 What Is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese energy-based wellness practice that uses gentle touch or hands held just above the body. Reiki practitioners traditionally work with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Reiki Level I introduces you to the foundational principles and practice of Reiki. Through the Level I attunement, you are introduced to the Reiki energy and begin developing your ability to work with it through your hands. Many practitioners also describe becoming more aware of their intuition and inner connection as they develop their practice.
