Monthly Community Meditation
with Rob Farella
Join us for a monthly journey within as we gather for our new Community Meditation class, held on the second Monday of every month @ 7:30pm. Based on our transformative Art of Meditation series, this class is designed to help you rediscover your inner stillness and silence while building a deep understanding of the values and benefits of a consistent practice.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions provide a supportive space to go deeper into your meditation journey. Drawing from the rich traditions of the Himalayan masters, we will explore a variety of relaxation and focus techniques, including:
• Pranayama (breath regulation) to calm the nervous system.
• Chanting and Mantra work to steady the mind.
• Body Scans and Visualizations to release physical and mental tension. • Guided Silence to experience the "continuous flow of cognition" that defines true meditation.
Regular practice in our earthly sanctuary - whether in person or via livestream - helps to restore balance, generate deeper calm, and increase your overall sense of joy and purpose. As Patanjali reminds us in the Yoga Sutras, by quieting the "collective noise" of the mind, we allow our true, peaceful nature to shine through.
