New Hormonal Imbalance Workshop at Nature’s Way

Stratford’s Nature’s Way Health Foods will host a free lecture, Diagnosing and Treating Hormonal Imbalances, on December 9 from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Lisa Singley, ND, MS, will speak about hormonal imbalances that affect women and will review the signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances, as well as discuss their role in the function of the thyroid and adrenal glands. Diagnostic testing options and treatment strategies will also be covered.
On January 6, Lisa Singley, ND, MS, and Ruth Davenport, MS, will hold a Managing Diabetes workshop at Nature’s Way that will offer a basic introduction about diabetes, nutrition for diabetes, supplements/botanical medicines and health lifestyle practices.
