Someone Fur Everyone at Fall Cat Adoption Event

Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic and Community Cats are teaming up for a large fall adoption event to find homes for their many adoptable cats. The adoption event will be held at Petco in Norwalk from noon to 4pm on October 17.

Trap-neuter-return programs for outdoor cats find friendly homeless cats who are living outside. Over the past five years, it is consistently the case that approximately half of the cats that Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic and Community Cats have rescued have been friendly and in need of homes rather than able to be released back outside.

While kittens are adopted quickly, adult cats can take longer to be adopted, especially if they are older, shy when meeting new people, or have unpopular coat markings. Join Nutmeg and Community Cats at the inaugural Someone Fur Everyone event where you can take quizzes to meet your match, join in fun activities with prizes and learn about the work of the two organizations.
