Kindred Spirits has relocated from Redding to Ridgfield and will welcome MJ Sawyer, vibrational sound healer and therapeutic counselor, for a shamanic sound healing event on October 18 from 7 to 9pm. The shamanic sounds help clear blocks that create suffering and realign the energetic system so you can experience your authentic self. The shower of vibrational sounds you receive can aid in clearing unhealthy attachments to people, places and things in addition to negative feelings, belief systems, patterning, cell memory, neural pathways and genetic coding.

Sawyer has authored a number of articles and books, including Choosing Sanity: An Unprecedented Guide to Healing Brain Chemistry Disorders Without Medications.

The fee for the healing event is $25 per person.
