Western Connecticut State University’s fifth annual Health, Fitness and Wellness Fair will take place from noon until 3pm on March 31. Join health and wellness experts and practitioners for information, demonstrations, activities, screenings, food and fun. This annual event is co-sponsored by the University Health Services, the Institute for Holistic Health Studies, the HPX department and the Campus recreation department. Admission is free; all are welcome.
