As a Life Coach, I help people navigate change in their lives. If you feel an inner stirring and desire to reinvent yourself or an aspect of your life, I can assist you in creating the life you desire.
What drew you to this profession?
Through many modalities of personal growth I found myself naturally drawn to coach and assist people. After becoming a certified hypnotist in 2016, I found that I wanted to expand the range of what I could do for my clients and becoming a Life Coach was a natural next step.
How does your work differ from others in your profession?
Each life coach brings their life experience to their coaching practice. Because my own life has demanded that I reinvent myself many times, I have a lot of personal experience with that journey and can assist others with ease. I also bring my knowledge of hypnosis, intuition and working with one’s dreams to my coaching to assist you on your path and help you work with your own intuition.
What should someone expect from working with you?
My coaching springs from the premise that my clients know what is best for their lives, but that knowing might be buried under self-doubt or limiting beliefs. I assist you in getting beyond your limiting beliefs and move on to the next, more expansive version of your life. My clients find that given the opportunity to be heard deeply, without judgement, they are able to flower, and with confidence and a renewed vision, they can create a life they are excited about.
What changes do you plan in 2021?
I am currently working remotely and will continue to do so.
What is most important for Natural Awakenings’ readers to know?
All the experience over my lifetime has brought me to the point of doing work that I am very passionate about. Helping people live a life that they desire gives me great joy.
